These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the GoBackload website and services as a sender of freight. By accessing or using the website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or services.
The GoBackload company only provides a freight carrier finding website. We act simply as a platform for freight senders and truckies to communicate their transportation needs from one location to another. All freight terms are between the sender and the truckie/truck company on a one to one basis. Please note; you must be aware of the truckies terms before you accept their bid.
Truckies (Freight providers) may make an offer for your freight using the Accept-Now feature. Accept-Now is a process where you suggest a price that you think is fair and reasonable, should the Truckie accept this price, they are obligated to fulfil the service should you confirm their offer.
If you register for a GoBackload account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
We take the security of your personal information seriously and use industry-standard security measures to protect it. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your information and we are not responsible for any unauthorised access to your information.
By using the GoBackload website or services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including promotional and marketing materials. You may opt-out of receiving such communications at any time.
You may provide ratings and reviews of truckies after using our services. We reserve the right to remove or edit such ratings and reviews at our discretion.
If you need to cancel a booking, please do so as soon as possible. Refunds may be available depending on the circumstances of the cancellation. This will require you to contact the truckie directly and explain your situation.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your goods during transportation. It is your responsibility to have the required insurance for the transit of your load. Most carriers will have General Carrier Insurance up to the value of $2,500. Please confirm this with the truckie before you accept their services.
All bids and payments are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.
Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid by you for the services.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such modifications.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the use of our website and services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
